This place is terrible drug store. Always backed up. They don’t follow instructions can’t tell the difference between our family members. Not to mention that they have closed early.

Got an email said my order was ready. I drive 20 minutes to get there and the lady was rude from the start after I told her my name by saying “nope not ready. Not my fault seniors waited last minute to do their senior project.” She claimed to be the manager and was confused on why I got sent the email saying my order was ready. This will be the last time I ever shop at Walgreens because the clearly can’t get there stuff together.

Insanely rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Long story short, I was childishly & cowardly (?) hung up on when trying to find a resolution as to where my daughter's prescription for her inhaler was. Backstory- my daughter's doctor was saying it had been called in (note I called the doctor TWICE to confirm, and each time they said they were 100% sure the prescription had been sent in) but the pharmacy was saying they had received no such thing. Meanwhile I am playing the middle man in a game of he said she said. I was simply explaining the situation to the pharmacy tech on the phone (which I am assuming it was a tech because I can't see an educated pharmacist speaking to a patient the way I was spoken to), and instead of handling the situation like a "professionally trained" adult (or just an adult in general) I was met with a bitter old woman who sounded like she would have rather been doing ANYTHING else than her actual job & was hung up on in the middle of an important conversation about a CHILD'S medication. No trying to help come up with a resolution, no guidance as to what steps I could possibly take to get my daughters medication, NOTHING. Just a hateful woman who was quick to hang up the phone in the middle of a very personal, very critical conversation. I'm sorry, but if you have ZERO problem solving / customer service skills, completely fold under pressure, & have the attitude of a toddler, maybe pharmacy isn't for you. Do better.

Horrible. This place sucks! I got food poison from a can of Vienna sausages from here!! It's always expired so never get food from here. Stick with Dollar General. Walgreens needs to have the health department called on them. Anyone got the number,call them ASAP!!! 0/10 never getting ANYTHING from here anymore.

Excellent customer service and management is always friendly and helpful. The people complaining are a bunch of Karens that don't know how to behave in public and are going out of their way to harass employees in an attempt to get them fired. Grow up idiots.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens. They send you around the pharmacy line multiple times after waiting in line for over an hour, they never answer the phone, they never have my medication in and Shae Cantrell is the absolute worst “manager” in customer service. She brought my child daughter to tears for the way she was treating myself and her mother in FRONT of other customers.

this is the worst Walgreens, we should go to the city about this location and petition inspections plus review of the pharmacist bc I don’t see how anybody is ever able to get their medication - this location should have all licenses revoked

Let me tell you why you should never go to the Dayton Walgreens ever again.My daughter had a horrible allergic reaction and we were in the hospital most of the day Sunday. I get to the Walgreens drive-thru window at 530pm to pick up my 9 year old daughters medication. The lady tells me she is having an issue with the name but she knows how to fix it because it happened before. She asked me to come inside so they can help me work on it and get her meds. I agreed and parked my car and went inside. There were 2 people in front of me. By the time I get to the counter they are refusing to help me and closed the door on me mid conversation. At this point I am beyond frustrated. They say "it's 6 there is nothing we can do to help you" MA'AM you are the one who told ME to come inside!! I ask for the manager and she starts getting an attitude saying she is the manager. She just kept telling me there was nothing she could do and they were closed. Mind you, I got there at 530 and was ASKED to come inside. Why ask me to come inside if you can't help me!? Why not just stay at the drive thru!? Now it's been over 24 hours and my daughter has YET to have her medication because they refuse to fill it for her now. I asked the "manager" Shae what the employees names were and she said she didn't know - if you're the manager how do you not know your employee names???? Anyways. If they can sleep at night knowing they withheld medication from a 9 year old struggling to breathe and broke out in hives - then so be it. I will be posting pictures of the employees and blasting it anywhere and everywhere I can. I have been in touch with cooperate and the BBB.ALSO - when the cops were called he said they told him what the prescriptions were that my daughter was having filled. Excuse me but I didn't give permission for that information to be handed out.Shae and her employees in the pharmacy are the WORST customer service people I have EVER encountered. If I could give less than 1 star I would 100% would.

The slowest I've ever been to and was put on wait for 45 minutes and hung up as I got to the front of the line bc this place is slow ?
