First, we talked with Holly on the phone. She was very informative. Very helpful. Gave us a full breakdown ordered our phone and then when we showed up to pick it up, Sarah helped us. She was absolutely amazing. Gave us all of our information. Explained everything to us helped us program our phone even fixed a couple problems. She was patient sweet and extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend, this location we have seven phones on our business plan and I have requested everyone to only go to this location from now on!

The store employees are great but the company is pathetic. They keep billing me for a closed business account and you CANNOT call to speak with a person. As a company I would say never get involved with them their customer service is the absolute worst. Their employees don't get paid anywhere near enough money to deal with a person like me when the corporation screws things up. Enough said.

After my mom went through lots of trials and bad salesman, Jacob showed patience and character in taking time to not only resolve our issues, but also saved us more than we had before, all while upgrading our experience and value for our hard earned $$$. Bradley Wilder is a wonder person very caring helpful after having a bad experience at the Athens verizon he help to where I understood what was going on and not just wanna turn around and walk out like I did in athens cause I was so mad I would recommend him to anybody thank you

Josh Eldridge was very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating! Although I didn’t purchase my phone from this store directly, Josh went above and beyond to help transfer over my phone and help assist me with accessories. Great experience and will be back!

I recently decided to consider purchasing a new IPhone. I have never had anything but Apple products as communication tools. Having recently moved to TN, I contacted the closest Verizon store and called their location in Dayton. My call was taken by Katie Henry, a very knowledgeable associate. After talking with her, I drove the 12 mile distance (I live in Soddy-Daisy) and we talked. After a short conversation, She offered a great trade in on my 11Pro Max and I swapped it for a brand new Apple iPhone 15 Pro 256GB! Wow, is this new phone terrific.The whole transaction was accomplished in an hour and I walked out with my new phone. There were no long lines, the store was busy but not crowded. The experience was great and I came away feeling like I was really appreciated as a customer. So if you are interested, call and ask for Katie. She is a real asset to this store.

I came in to the store today and I had some problems with my phone. I had questions about my bill, service, and quality of the phone, about the person that sold me the phone and Christopher freeman was able to resolve all of my issues. He is the reason I am going to stay with Verizon. I was going to leave Verizon due to my prior experience but I will be continuing my service because of him. I am pleased with his knowledge and that he is working on labor day. 10 stars!
