Justin was fantastic. My husband went in to add 2 more lines to his plan for our daughter and I. I went back an hour later and Justin took care of porting my existing phone number from my old carrier and synced my new phone as well. He also put my screen and camera protectors and new case on perfectly. He is very personable, helpful and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate all his help (cell phone technology gives me anxiety)

We went to many Verizon locations and all said they were unable to help UNTIL we came to see Katie at this store. She was so helpful and got my problem fixed within minutes. Warranty replacement phone on the way and everyone else said they couldn't do anything. Thank you Katie for the outstanding service!

First, we talked with Holly on the phone. She was very informative. Very helpful. Gave us a full breakdown ordered our phone and then when we showed up to pick it up, Sarah helped us. She was absolutely amazing. Gave us all of our information. Explained everything to us helped us program our phone even fixed a couple problems. She was patient sweet and extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend, this location we have seven phones on our business plan and I have requested everyone to only go to this location from now on!

The store employees are great but the company is pathetic. They keep billing me for a closed business account and you CANNOT call to speak with a person. As a company I would say never get involved with them their customer service is the absolute worst. Their employees don't get paid anywhere near enough money to deal with a person like me when the corporation screws things up. Enough said.
