I called this morning and the phone was answered by someone named "Linda" and I was asking about when I could bring my car in for repair since I saw good reviews. She said she had tuesday and friday open to look at it and asked what was wrong. I explained and she cut me off several times in the middle of explaining and at the end of the call I was trying to confirm the appointment and she cut me off again and ignored my question and hung up on me. If you ask someone to explain what is happening miss Linda, then listen to what they tell you. In no way did Linda have any sympathy or understanding for what I was needing. I even explainened my car was in a hit and run and on its' side. I get it, you guys get busy, but if you can't even hear my issue and cut me off in the middle of talking then your business cannot be trusted. I was able to have my car repaired so close to home I could walk. The owner talked with me and explained what was wrong. Learn from him Linda. Poor customer service and a snarky attitude will get you nowhere.
Update: I don't want to call a business back where Linda made me feel uncomfortable for over explaining and interrupted me several times and hung up on me. I do not need your reply, or request to call. Nor your validation. You couldn't even say sorry, but tried to demand me to call? Very sketchy. Pull the call and listen to how she talked to me and discuss this with Linda. Thank you.

Wow!
Fast, clean, friendly as can be and all at a great price.
Dropped our Malibu off for our first time here and they did oil change, rotation, and balance fast as could be and way way cheaper than the dealership. Also tightened loose part in front end at no charge.
We'll be back for sure!

Had to get my catalytic converter replaced, and they were able to do so both quickly and at a great price. They even went the extra mile when they noticed my oil filter was loose and leaking by tightening it up and making sure my oil was good. Will definitely come back.

I had an issue with my steering wheel locking up. Potentially very dangerous. They got me in right away, gave me a ride to and from my home, and had the repair done sooner than anticipated. I am very grateful!

Had a problem and called randomly after a Google search. Could not be any happier with the service we got. Linda was able to squeeze us in even with having a full schedule like she did. They were very forthright with info and updates on the problem and how to fix it and even called another place to find us a solution for our issue cause they didn't have the item we needed in stocks at the moment. If you need a mechanic in dayton this is the place to go for great service and great care for sure

I must say that Linda, whether she is the front desk receptionist or if she is the owner, is extremely rude, talks over you, and does not listen to anything. Why would I EVER send my vehicle somewhere that does not listen to the owner of said vehicle? If you want ro be heard and actually have your vehicle taken care of, DO NOT GO HERE

This place is TOP notch. Linda helped me with getting a tire just to get my vehicle off the side of the road and I had limited funds. She went above and beyond to find me a solution. Blake was the tech who mounted and balanced the wheel and he did a fantastic job! He made it happen quick even though it was almost closing time. 10/5 stars highly recommend.

they failed to call me to inform backing a red car into my truck. failed to flush my radiator out for stop leak after I took it in for a over heating problem. replaced the radiator cap though that was covered in stop leak! wow! also did not replace my gas after it sitting. the worst place to go too. they do not show compassion or respect towards their customers or their vehicles. (Update: the owner was very kind enough to fix their mistakes, which I truly appreciate the time and effort they put forth into helping me.)
