Always had great customer service. Employees are always nice and very helpful if I ever need anything! Love the ITM service, so convenient! Hands down best credit union around.

I don't go inside often but when I do, the people inside are always helpful and kind. I do wish there were 3 outside atm/tellers though

I love the people and the drive up ITMs. I hate using the ITM in the branch. I want to deal with local tellers not someone I don't know. Why are there people there if they don't wait on you. I will say the off site people are polite and efficient, but I hate having to use a machine. You should want to wait on members. I would rather drive to another branch or a local bank. I know that I am not alone.

I don't have an account here but I have friends that do and based on what they say I have to believe that this is a great place with great and very much friendly associates and my friends say that they always experience the best customer service here. They are always complementing the Employees here and based on that information, and I have no reason to doubt what my friends Tell me, it's a great place to have an account So, I will recommend them to everyone and give them Five Stars. I haven't heard anything bad about This Branch and my friends love you and I trust their Word. ?????

The Dayton branch ladies are awesome. They always go above and beyond to help my husband and I with any issues with our account....mostly self made oops. We always leave with a smile on our faces and happy with choosing our business with this branch. I have personally been banking with this branch since I was a child and they truly treat you like family there. Dayton also does a great job with keeping their drive threw tellers when other locations don't have them. Thank you.

Love banking here and how simple everything is, especially the online and mobile banking. But customer service could be improved by a lot. The tellers are never really friendly except for one on ocassion. Came in today and asked for a direct deposit form and the teller gave me this really weird look and acted like she couldn't help me cause I didn't have my full account number. After she saw I was getting upset she then told me she could look it up with my social security number. I already knew she didn't need my full account number. There are other ways to look up a customers account information. She was just in a bad mood and didn't want to do her job. I just thought that was really rude. TVFCU might want to remind their tellers that customer service is a part of their job.

Soddy daisy branch is so much more friendly. For instance through the drive thru this am I said good morning with no response. Again as she took my mothers check to cash I said good morning again with no response. Not even a thank you. They do have some nice people there and thats why I gave 2 stars.
