It was great, for a while, but lacked some features we wanted. So, we switched to AT&T. The people in the store at Cricket were friendly and helpful, but were restricted by corporate as to service features.”

“Justin was fantastic. My husband went in to add 2 more lines to his plan for our daughter and I. I went back an hour later and Justin took care of porting my existing phone number from my old carrier and synced my new phone as well. He also put my screen and camera protectors and new case on perfectly. He is very personable, helpful and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate all his help (cell phone technology gives me anxiety)”
