Jennifer Morris has always been my go to person when she was in Spring City. Now I have to call her in the South Dayton Branch . Let me tell you..this girl goes above & beyond her duties . She will go out of her way to help you in anyway possible. I hated to see her leave from the SC location because she ran that location so well & was so friendly . She made it feel like the hometown Bank that it used to be.

Customer service was fantastic, I recently opened an account they took all my rolled coin and helped me set up auto deposit. Everything went extremely smooth. All staff was very friendly.

I've had nothing but problems with this bank and getting my money since community national bank merged with them,my work check was always in my account by 5 pm every Thursday now it's when ever they decide to put it there, I've tried drawing money from my account to no avail half the time,they are a sorry bank hands down.

I happened to notice the low rating a couple people have given this establishment and I'm in disbelief! I've banked there for 4 years, ever since I moved to Dayton, and I've had nothing but good experiences. The bank is always clean, the staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything I need, they don't "nickle & dime" you to death with random fees, and they offer immediate debit card printing; which has come in handy for me several times. ...and there are two locations in Dayton so my bank is close no matter which end of town I'm on. I had two bank accounts for a period of time and when I decided to close one of them I chose to close my Regions account because I liked Simply Bank a lot better. This is a great bank!

The employees are SUPER rude, I got change from them which included a roll of quarters and it had a CHUCKY CHEESE COIN IN IT, how do you work at a bank and mistake that? Especially because it is a different color and your job is to spot this kind of thing? Also, let me add they discriminate and look down upon anyone who walks through those doors, this bank I’m sure is fine, but the EMPLOYEES on the other hand need to find a new job where they aren’t stuck up to the public. ♀️

Great local bank with a friendly staff but this company is lacking so much in the technology department. The reason I've chosen to bank elsewhere is because other companies have far superior and easier to access features. It's too hard to set up mobile banking with this company. I have to come into the office and sign a contract??? I did that when I signed up with the bank. Meanwhile, SunTrust provides all these features and many more with no hassle. I wish this company would finally get with the times.
