Im trying to purchase flight tickets but the payment will not go in. Im trying to call this bank but they are closed. Im going yo have to wait a day just to find out why im not able to purchase these tickets. By then my airplane tickets will cost me more money.

Disappointed in Simply Bank. Website is down frequently. Hard to get a real person on the phone. Not open at all on Saturday. Don't know why you just can't call the local bank and speak to someone always ends up being another branch. Looking for a new bank for my accounts

I've never had a issue with this bank through out 13 years how ever the online banking is constantly down sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but I've noticed it's more down then working.

CNB was slowly going down hill. Now that it is Simply it has went down the hill into a deep hole. Customer service never knows what to do. Never has any answers to questions. They talk in circles telling you irrelevant information you already know. This bank is so behind in times. It's like it is still operating in 1990. You can't do anything on the website or the mobile app. Lol they are snail mailing me and I have to snail mail back a signature in order to change my address. What a joke! This and a list of other reasons I'm changing banks.

I've had nothing but problems with obtaining my funds from this bank, anything from having my money in my account on time to not being able to make a withdrawal from the atm,I never in over ten years had one issue with community national..This bank is sorry as they come! I will be changing banks as soon as I can actually figure out how to get ahold of someone! It’s 5 days before Christmas and my debit card has yet again been turned off due to “fraud activity”. I’ve done everything the bank has asked to fix this issue, but the company that they outsource their fraud detection to keeps shutting off my card. This is the 5th time my card has been shut off and my money has been kept from me, this time a week before Christmas. I’ve been calling them the past three days and still can’t get through to anyone.

Very good bank and I do recommend to others. No it's not open on Saturdays but I knew that when I signed up my account. That's one reason I have a bank card! The ladies are nice, helpful and ready with a smile! I happen to prefer this one over popular other banks!

If I could give this bank zero stars I absolutely would. Today I went to deposit a check for a very large amount. I had all the verification I needed for it to be deposited and available. The kind lady I was originally dealing with even called and verified the check. Now mind you the account the check was going in has NEVER be over drafted, never in the negative, and gets a direct deposit every 2 weeks. This was not a new account. In fact this wasn’t the first large check deposited into this account. However, another lady steps in and asks the lady if they should put a hold on the check. Mind you they have looked at the original paperwork that came with the check and even called to verify it at this point! If my check has been verified multiple times and the hold is a choice why would you put that hold on it? Now I get to wait 7 yes 7 days for MY own money that was VERIFIED. As soon as this clears this bank has last 2 loyal customers and 3 accounts. Our money will be put into a bank that cares about the customer. Never have I had such a bad experience with a bank or a bank teller. Do NOT put your hard earned money in this one because you can’t access it anyways.

Hailey Tidwell Very unfriendly, Very snobby, needs training in customer service! Too interested in leaving for lunch or other reasons to even finish taking care of a customer!! I Will Never expect her to help me again! Prefer the one near Walmart, they are friendly and accommodating there!
