Experience was BAD!!!!! Rude lady. Would not allow registered service animal unless you are blind. She needs to post HER rules. Sad day for handicap people!

So aggravated with this post office!Every other day is a new reason on Why they can't deliver my mail.I own a small business and not being able to get my packages on time is becoming a big issue!!!It's either oh we can't find the address where they have been delivering for 5 Years or carrier unable to deliver... gahh get yalls stuff together or get some carriers who will actually do the job!

The lady at the front who was around 65-70yrs old is absolutely rude. We asked a question about the flat rate boxes and she answered with a very rude and unprofessional answer. For a post office I'm shocked they have someone like as an employee.

This post office can not perform scheduled package pickup on a regular basis. They also lie, claiming no access do to a gate or some other convenient fiction. It is extremely aggravating. My business is important. I can no longer depend on them. It just keeps happening over and over. I have been very patient until now. IM DONE. I have to take my packages to the Jefferson city post office daily to make sure they go out. Imagine a post office that thinks doing the job is optional. What a freaking joke.

the dandridge post office has much to ne desired packages are being late in the evenings as much as 6:20-6:50 pm.this is unacceptable and the people on my street gaut rd. dandridge are fed up with the service why don't they have one employee do nothing but deliver packages and let the mail carrier do their job, this only uses common sense.if this is not corrected soon i will go to a higher authority,do something now dandge post office, what happened to your customer service, or don't you care???????one pissed-off customer,i need an answer asap, or i will go over your head.tired of your service being late delivery packages, get it done.

Not too sure if this is the right Post Office, but this lady working cannot drive. She was very reckless on the road. Swerving into lanes, eating while driving, in the fast lane going below the speed limit, etc. Very dangerous!

The woman behind the counter at 1pm on 11/04/2022 was literally one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. Talking down too and belittling older people in line in front of me. I left. I couldn't stand to listen to it. I will drive thirty minutes to another post office before I ever set foot in this one again.
