Just purchased a Kia Carnival from the folks here at Ford in Dandridge TN Jacob Zach and Tony were excellent with helping us into our purchase making everything super easy. The team were all very friendly and made the purchase not feel as pressured as some salesmen do. We would definitely return for another purchase.

Called today (9/6/24) to schedule service on my Ford Escape to replace spark plugs and diagnose a 'Check Engine' light.
Service Dept secretary told me their technician was booked up and earliest available appt was 16 October.
I asked her if they only had one service technician, her response was, "As I said, he is booked up". I politely thanked her and ended the call.
You may want to look elsewhere for service.
