Room was clean and what you'd expect from a Choice hotel. The reason for my review, though, is to recognize the amazing service we received. We had a mechanical issue with our vehicle during a backup on the interstate and Dandridge was the next exit. I called in a near panic as we were 500 miles from home and nearly 200 from where we were headed (in a 2 door convertible we CAN'T sleep in). I spoke to Shawn (sp?) Who advised he had availability and held us a room. We arrived 5 minutes later and he was very helpful and even hand delivered some information to our room regarding local mechanics, tow companies, and rental companies. We are so appreciative of his helpfulness and caring during our ordeal especially given how busy he was at the time he never made us feel like a burden. Thank you, Shawn!

For most, this is a nice enough motel. Rooms are clean, good breakfast, staff are nice and helpful. My review is for the owners and amenities maintenance.
I booked this room over the two cheaper nearby options for 2 specific reasons: on-site laundry and a fitness center. Upon check-in, I immediately discovered that the washing machine is out of order and the fitness center consists of a broken Bowflex and 2 treadmills. I feel like the additional $40 a night I paid for it these amenities was wasted. Don’t advertise amenities that don’t actually exist. I could have saved $160 over 4 nights to stay in elsewhere.

It's an older motel that has been recently remodeled. The staff is extremely attentive and breakfast had much more to offer than you would think. Cool view of the Smoky Mtns and there is Perkins and a Taste of Dandridge across the highway. Added to the experience, there is a 3-legged cat that serves as a mascot.
Rooms: Both shower and beds were great. It is pretty quiet. Great stay all around.

Clean rooms, excellent service at the front desk. They are actually pet friendly and accept cats!!!! Also appears to be family friendly.

We stayed here Memorial weekend to avoid crowds in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Conveniently located right off I-40 it was surprisingly quiet. Sits up on a hill with nice mountain views. We never heard traffic inside our room although the AC was constantly running due to the warm weather. Checked in by a friendly gentleman named Shawn. Fresh baked cookies at front desk for guests was a nice touch. Pool looked nice and clean although we didn't use it. They have an on-site room with vending machine, coin op washer/dryer and ice machine which could have used a good cleaning imo. Our room was extremely clean, smelled fresh, clean soft towels, comfortable king bed with new linens. Room newly updated. No complaints. My only real complaint was hot breakfast was a bit disappointing. I would have liked a few more protein options. Egg casserole was not appealing and both mornings the juice machine was out of OJ even though it was early am. We would definitely stay here again for value and clean rooms and location.
Rooms: Very clean and updated rooms. AC worked great. Towels were newer and soft. Bed linens were very good quality. King bed was super comfortable and firm plush.
Safety: Felt safe staying and parking.

Very clean and quiet. I stayed one night and almost couldn’t sleep cause it was too quiet. lol I will stop again. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Very nice motel.
Located on top of a mountain.
Each room has its separate entrance.
Parking is a little tight.
The Room themselves are very nice well cleaned with everything you need.
Great breakfast was served in the morning that consisted of waffles, muffins ,cereals, yogurts, fruits, and coffee.
The service was friendly and efficient.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
There is a vending machine.
And there is also a fitness room/gym which is very minimalistic.

Room was super nice and clean. the shower was kinda bad. It was clean,but the water pressure was not there, the shower head needed replaced and there was about 8 minutes of hot water.
