“I live 30 minutes from here and sometimes go to the FC by my house. I've had nothing bad depressingly slow service and unfriendly staff interactions at that one though, so while I was in Jefferson City I thought I'd give this one a try. I need to give a huge shout out to Audra at the deli counter. She was so helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. She had a big smile on her face and kept me engaged and kept asking questions to make sure I was getting EXACTLY what I want. At the store by my house the deli girl takes (no joke) 15 minutes to cut 2.5 total lbs of meat and cheese. Audra was prompt and a great experience to work with. If all your staff are as good as her I'll make the drive to get the significantly better service.”
“No doctors office will be perfect but these folks come close. It is easy to get seen for an appointment. The staff is accommodating. The doctors take the time to talk with you. I've never had to wait very long. It is a little bit of a drive from my house but worth it. If you take the back roads, depending on where you are coming from, it is a scenic drive with no traffic.”
