Ran over something in the road that resulted in a flag tire, waited for our tow to get there. CJ is the name of the guy and he was SUPER helpful and efficient. Felt like a pit stop in nascar with how quick it was. Then made sure we pulled back out into the interstate safely. Thank you CJ!

Got a razor in my tire going through Jeff City and it was flat in an instant. David showed up within 20 minutes of me contacting my insurance and got me switched to my spare in under 5. Great service. If I ever have the misfortune of breaking down in this part of TN again, I know who I'm calling.

Very fast and reliable service! He came and picked us up quicker than I ever expected and was the sweetest person. He definitely made an unfortunate situation so much better. I was very, very happy with my service.

Excellent customer service. Pulled into rest area with Mechanical problems towing my 5th wheel. Rest area attendant recommended JHooks. Called them and within 30 minutes they were hooked up to my truck. They recommended Jim's Automotive to repair the truck and offered their secure lot for the camper which they also towed in. Repairs would take some time, J Hooks recommended Anchor Down RV to stay the night. They then towed our 5th wheel there for us. Couldn't ask for any better care and service.

David, JT and Dave were the best. They had me in and out on a fuel tank replacement. I got quality work done for a low price. They really helped me out in a pinch. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with C.J from j.hooks towing.My power steering went out last night which caused me to wreck.Thank god it was just me no other vehicles involved.Between the time it took me to call them and them to show up was barely 30 minutes C.J had my car loaded and ready to go so fast.It was dark and he had no flash light I did try to help with my light but he was done before I could turn it on.While he is loading my car he's also telling me what was going to need to be replaced.CJ was absolutely amazing at a time where your thinking your vehicle maybe be totaled he's telling you where to get it fixed.I could brag all day about this man.It really was a great experience in a bad situation.

Good, honest people. Fast service. They were on site in less than an hour after the call and had the tire change complete in Less than 30 minutes after arrival. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and in need of road side service, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a flat tire on our trailer while on vacation. We contacted State Farm and they dispatched someone. It said the wait time would be 30-60 minutes. Imagine my surprise when they showed up within 15 minutes! The gentleman who fixed our flat was kind, professional, and very fast! I couldn't be any happier with their service! Thank you!

I have worked in motor carrier compliance for 34 years. I know good policies and procedures when I see them. Brian was very knowledgeable and polite. He safely secured my truck for 70 mile rough trip . I rode in the cab of truck with him to the dealership. His attention to safely delivering me and my truck to the dealer was paramount. I highly recommend J Hooks.

This is the best towing service I have ever encountered. I had a flat tire earlier today(Fathers day) and my insurance contacted them. They were there in less than 20 mins and the guy was super friendly and helpful. I’d use them over and over. I’m just grateful for them helping me in such a timely manner.
