The pharmacist here has treated my mother like trash. My mother has health problems, and has had them for many years and the medicine she's on is the only thing that helps her. He's been very rude to her and saying that she can't get her prescription filled even though it's time to have it filled and the doctor has told them to fill it. She basically has to sit around and suffer because this guy wants to act like a tool. Which is something that is really messed up because she has a lot of health issues.
He seems like the type of person that enjoys having a little bit of power. To me, I think he's a punk, he's lucky that I don't feel like driving to Dandridge or he would hear it straight from my mouth.

I like Food City but they need more things for people who can’t eat sodium. I would love to see no salt pretzel’s, popcorn , tomato sauce , tomato paste, spaghetti sauce, Ezekiel’s bread. There are a lot of people who have heart conditions and can’t eat out in restaurants. I went in today to use the scooter and someone was sitting in and employees were talking to him. I have a heart condition and I can’t walk and I had to grab a buggy and I almost collapsed before I left. I may look young on outside but inside no. They need a bench for people and not let people sit on scooters.

I agree with Sean….some of the staff is very unfriendly. It became a drag going in there. I finally quit using them because of their attitudes.

Nothing is ever in stock. Produce looks terrible. Salad that was dated 9 days out was already turning brown. I couldn't even purchase mushrooms because they were brown. A 10 lb bag of potatoes I bought 2 days ago have rotten ones in the bag. Dandridge needs a another grocery store. Food city sucks!

Card readers down and they didn't notify the customers in the store. Took over 20 minutes to actually pay after standing in line at the service desk after going through the actual check out. Had I know I would have gone to another location.

Just came out of the Food City in Dandridge. Over the intercom it stated, "...mask required..." yet Food City does not stand behind this requirement. Even their employees will tell you this. Why state something when you aren't worried about "all" customers ? When mask wearing customers start complaining, maybe you'll listen. And "No", it's not your right if the store you are entering demands it.

I just have to majorly brag on the GoCart staff at Food City today (3/31/2020). My mother and I both placed very large orders to keep us from going out again the coming weeks. The staff (especially Lori) were especially helpful and so kind! This is a scary time and they’re on the front lines just like our healthcare workers and I just wanted to brag on them because their kindness and friendliness were VERY MUCH appreciated! Thank you so much!
