“I was passing through Middlesboro on my way to South Carolina. The starter motor in my Superformance Cobra failed. “My wife and I bought a battery at your store yesterday. We received excellent service from Travis. He used the VIN number of our vehicle to identify the correct battery and installed it for us. It was very difficult to remove the old battery because of extensive corrosion around the battery post. Travis worked at it for some time, the whole while showing great courtesy towards us.
