Great place to workout, but the hours of operation are incorrect....the correct hours are Mon-Fri 5:00am-6:00pm and Sat 7:00am-4:00pm CLOSED SUNDAY

This exercise center is wonderful! It is always immaculate - including implementing COVID standards to keep everyone safe while exercising. There is a wide variety of exercise equipment and a nice track for walkers like me. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I am so pleased that we have this complex in Fairfield Glade.

I am asked all the time. I love being greeted w a smile and enthusiasm when I walk in the door. I love the instructors( but I am bias) I love as hospital employees, the staff is REQUIRED to have continuous training and preventive education as well as required to have flu shots and other vaccinations. I love towel service! I love the locations. I love the variety of classes. I love how clean the equipment is. I love the childcare. I love the friends I have met to keep me motivated. I love the laughters day positive energy that is throughout the atmosphere ! I LOVE CMC!
