We traveled to TN and stayed in Wyndham. On 8/13/2023 evening I went to this Walmart for an on line pick up. First, they gave me the number to call, the automated message asked me to state my order number and name, before I could do that, I was told "the voice message is full". So I went back to customer service to ask what to do next. Then they took my name and they found the order and told me someone would get my order. I was in the store for over an hour, and I was the only one shows up for on line pick up, they just kept me waiting there. Whoever was in charge of the customer service that night was not helpful at all. She complained the weather(storm night) caused the delay. I decided to leave without getting my order. Just a thought, I spent time making this on line order, and went to the store to pick up, and someone from Walmart worked on the order, put them together and notified me the order was ready. Because the wrong people was in charge, I decided to abandon the order, now someone from Walmart needs to put them back to the shelf. And I will definitely not to send another on line order to this location. Not sure if it's the poor system not working (to call the number to notify the store I am there, and the mail box was full) or the poor management, they wasted everyone's time on this order.

The floors were clean and shiny. The shelves I chose items from were neatly arranged and well organized. The staff members I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I got my items and checked out so I was happy with the results of my short visit.

Walmart pharmacy was very rude to my mother. My mom got a text message saying that she had two medications needing refilled so she called and asked about it and the staff was hateful. Hateful tone. Short answers. Will be changing my moms pharmacy.

Let me tell you, I turned 58 this month and as surprised at how quickly I got there, I've found the need for medical care and that always leads to prescriptions. The pharmacy I trust and love, and I've tried at least six others in Crossville, this one I stay with. Always kind, always helpful, always ready to answer my questions. One must trust their medical Physician's with life pharmacy is no different, I trust Walmart Pharmacy Cumberland County Crossville..

Walmart Pharmacy staff at the Crossville, TN Walmart, are FANTASTIC for their customer service! After hearing how much a prescription was going to cost with my insurance, the technician went to GoodRx to see if she could get me a better price. It was $11 cheaper, so she used their discount over my insurance, saving me even more money. This staff are always great for helping people! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Don't even try to order & pickup curbside unless you plan on waiting for hours. Arrived at 6:00, my time frame was 6-7, called at 7:00 only to be told my order hadn't even been picked for an order that was placed that morning. I decided to go ahead and go home since I would have obviously been waiting for another 2 hours. They said they hold the order for 24 hours so I returned on my lunch break the next day and called and was told it would be an hour. After explaining that I had waited an hour last night and they hadn't even picked my order at the end of my pickup time last night and I was waiting again....the response was "So what, it's going to be awhile."I could have done my own shopping and had all my groceries yesterday. My hour lunch break is over and I still don't have my order. 2 days waiting.!! I thought I would try this since I haven't, NEVER AGAIN!!! I would give no stars but that's not an option!

I've been on the same medication at the same dose for years, but this Walmart repeatedly failed to stock enough to fill the prescription, and didn't notice that they didn't have enough until after I was out and due for a refill. Also, they usually gave me a runaround story, telling me "it hasn't shown up on my Palm Pilot yet so it must not be ready", and "If you drive over to the store now, I'll put you on the 'customer waiting' list and fill it now", but in reality, it turned out that they didn't have the medication. The first time, I actually did this, they said they would text me when it was ready, I waited an hour in my car, then went back in. After more runaround, the pharmacist admitted that they didn't have it. When this happened for the third time in 8 months, I transferred to another pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. By far the worst customer service and rude manager I have ever dealt with. Not only was she rude and lied to me she was also rude to the doctors office. How in the world she is the manager I will never know. I hope corporate takes care of this issue.
