Julia and the manager Mark were wonderful!!! They worked with us and gave us some great deals! My phone wouldn’t update but they worked until they got it updated! They got us several discount and were just so helpful and friendly!!! We were definitely hard customers so I’d say they were very patient!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The store manager Stephen was helping my neighbor port her old number and by no fault to him there was issues with the Sim card. After some time he got it all fixed. Was super kind to my 85 year old neighbor. I can't tank him enough for helping us resolve these phone issues she had. Thank you for your help!

The worst was lied to so many times it wasn't funny go anywhere else but here. One employee stayed on there phone the whole time not helping anyone. The gentleman that waited on us said bring your phone back and we will transfer from old phone neglected to say it was 30 dollars.

Service was good. But Cindy - the gal that helped us, was less than thrilled to be there and to help us. She would look at ppl and basically roll her eyes at everyone. Our Encounter with her was silent and awkward. She would be better suited working away from the front.

My visit to this store was just fine. Service was actually excellent. I just HATE Verizon. I also hate how much everything is nowadays. That's why 3 stars. The employee deserves 6. The company - less than zero.
