Went in to switch my phone plan. Even though they were about to close, Glinda patiently waited on me and went above and beyond to help me out!

The store manager Stephen was helping my neighbor port her old number and by no fault to him there was issues with the Sim card. After some time he got it all fixed. Was super kind to my 85 year old neighbor. I can't tank him enough for helping us resolve these phone issues she had. Thank you for your help!
