The clinic worked hard to save the broken leg of a young cat that broke her leg someway. Eventually the leg had to be amputated but the cat is healing well Thanks for the work that is done by you guys

I believe we have found our new vet. Moved to Crossville a little over a year ago. We have tried a couple of veterinarians in the area and were disappointed. We will stick with this one.

Long story, but we are in the process of cleaning out our garage which has mice inside of it so I had put down some mice poison. The little green squares which as we found them we picked them up. However during the process we missed one and of course our dog found it before the wife could get to it. The dog is about 100 lbs, we called the poison control number on the bag and of course they offered nothing just to call our vet, being new to the community we had not found a vet at this point. The wife finds the number for Upper Cumberland and I give them a call and get some smart Arse on the phone his comment was to just make the dog throw up. Well on the bag it said not to. He sticks with his story, I then ask if we are unable to do this can we bring the dog in for you guys to look at her. Here is the reason for the review he said WE DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS that we would have to make an appt. I was dumb founded offer nothing else and hung up the phone. I would not take my dogs to this place for all the tea in China.

Dr. Thompson and the staff here are so caring! Had scheduled a spay surgery for my kitty; when suddenly developed a discharge they worked her in and kept her for the surgery. Horrible infection called Pyometra, they saved her and didn't try to ruin me in the process! Thank you all so much for helping me to have her in my life for a much longer time!

For decades Ive taken my pets to Upper Cumb. Veterinary Clnic because they are the best family of veterinary specialists on the plateau, they all treat your best frnd and you with TLC and professional care. I wouldnt take my furry friends to any other! (also the most rsnble prices for care on the mountain!)

Horrible! Quoted me $500 to clean my Chihuahuas teeth when she had 10 teeth pulled 2 years ago before we moved here so she doesn’t even have a full set of teeth. The waiting area was small and cramped and smelled horrible and the treatment room was dirty and gross. The front desk staff was moody and not friendly at all. I am baffled by the good reviews. They charged me $200 for 2 yearly shots, a heart worm test, and a fecal exam. I will not be back ever. I’m glad I won’t have to smell this place ever again. I should’ve went with my gut instinct when I saw the building and the parking lot and left immediately. I stayed thinking they would be affordable as I’m having financial issues. What a mistake that was.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The vets listen to the concern about the problem with (in my case ) my dog. The vet took his time checking the dog. He then took his time to explain his findings.He asked if I had any questions before I left.
