I've gotten U-Haul trailers there a couple times and the woman that works there is awesome. The young man also lifts the trailer up and puts it on and hooks it up to your truck. I highly recommend this place

Not a bad place to pick up a UHAUL in crossville. Dont try to skip on paying that lady in the picture right there. She'll get that money from you ?. My incident was unintentional and I forgot I owed but she hit my card everyday until it went thru. Can't blame her for that. Only issue was I also had a different location in Crossville doing the same, resulting in overcharges.I like this location because they arent renting uhauls as a secondary source of income, thus they are more attentive to your needs.
