I called ahead of time to make sure of what time they closed. The gentleman confirmed they would be open until 6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and it was closed. We drove for over an hour - total waste of time.

People were very friendly and helpful, we purchased refrigerator and they will deliver it. We are new to area and needed some help around the house, Wayne informed us of a young man that may be able to help us out so we contacted him and he stopped by to offer some help. Very pleased with Sears and glad to see them still around. Would prefer to shop there than at big box stores.

Grandparents bought a freezer as a Christmas gift. Was told to expect the freezer to be delivered on December 16th. Then got a call to reschedule and then told it would be delivered by January 6th. Just received yet another call to reschedule delivery of February 10-17th. Customer service is a joke and said that I have to speak with the store they purchased it through. Called the store and spoke with the owner and he “can’t” do anything. Well don’t sell a product you do not currently have in stock. Simple as that. It’s one thing for a minor delay but this is now going on two months after purchase and all his excuse is “this has been happening to us for 2 years” no wonder sears goes out of business around this country. This is bad business practices. If you do not have the product and the warehouse can’t keep up with orders, you shouldn’t sell the product to begin with.

Went looking for washer and dryer. They had a bunch to look at but none in stock. Everything had to be ordered and they had no idea when it would arrive, no idea at all. Thats ok if you need it in the future but if you need it now its not much help.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite washer and dryer set on October 27, 2020. Delivery was set for early December—I was okay waiting 6 weeks for delivery; after all, we are in a pandemic. Took time off from work for the delivery date. The night before delivery I was notified that the product would not be delivered for two more weeks.
