“I only give them a three star because they don't seem to have much inventory for pet supplies. We visited this store before the winter storm hit to purchase our little dog a pair of booties to wear in the snow. Unfortunately, they had a very limited number of sizes, (2), mostly for larger dogs and extra small, we need small to medium. This wasn't the first time we tried to purchase something and they didn't have the size we needed. However, it's still nice to have a pet store near us.”
“Went to this store and had a really good experience, and then started encountering some hurdles. If a review would have been made the day before, would have given 3☆. Today, the manager was there and was able to resolve the issue. All while dealing with a power outage and tending to other customers as well. With the customer service and team work associates displayed today could not warrant anything less than a 5☆ rating. To everyone there today, Thank You and look forward to returning.”
