I was driving from Atlanta to Richmond, KY, last Thursday afternoon when one of my tires suddenly began losing air. Luckily, I was near the Cleveland, TN, exit on I-75, so I pulled off and called AAA. In about 15 minutes, Joe from Norris Towing & Recovery arrived to save the day. He said my tire had picked up a large screw and I needed a patch, so he put on my spare and told me about a local tire shop that was still open (tire shops close early!). Then he offered to drive to NTB so I could follow him and find my way through Cleveland. Joe truly saved the day by working speedily and going way above and beyond to make sure a traveler was taken care of and soon back on her way. Thanks, Joe! You definitely made a stressful situation so much better!

The man who towed my car was so nice , I was scared because I have never blew a tire. His prices are more than fair and the service is beyond the best I have ever had! He was there fast and I knew we were in good hands. They do not make companies like this anymore. You would be crazy to use anyone else. I would use them again.Services: Car towing

In today’s world, It is refreshing to encounter a young man that represents his family and business in such a great way.After being dumped by Triple A, after 3 hours we called Norris Towing at 11:00 at night. Rodney said he could be there in about 45 minutes and 50 minutes later he rolled up.Everything is always different with a BMW and he went about finding the tool in the trunk it took to tow my vehicle.Within 15 minutes we were on our way. Again, it’s not just that he showed up, it was how well he handled himself, how knowledgeable and presentable he was for a young man.I would HIGHLY recommend them.Service: Car towing

After a flat on the interstate, I needed someone to come out and change my tire for the spare. Norris was the only place that didn’t have multiple hours long wait so we went with them. Alternator went out and took idler pulley and serpentine belt. Husband got it all changed out but failed to unhook batteries and it arched which then blew the few boxes. They towed it Saturday afternoon and Monday morning when dealership opened up they got the part needed and we were back on the road.
