Great store!!! The employees are all very very sweet and go out of their way to help you. The only thing I wish is they sold Green Apple beatbox along with their other flavors! :) Will def go back!

The. Woman on the checkout line was rude. We had separate Kroger cards we were trying to use. She said we couldn't do that. She said she called a manager and he said we couldn't. Ii have been doing that for years. This was the Crossville Tn store .

This Kroger has decided to put profits ahead of customer service. The store has installed new self check out lanes. These new lanes are ridiculous. First you scan items and put them on a moving belt . The items scanned go to the end and start to backup. The customer must stop scanning items and bag the groceries. Then start the process again. You can only Scan so many items then step toward the end of the line and bag the items. Very time consuming. Walmart is the Butt of jokes for this very reason. Kroger has chosen to put profits ahead of customer service and they are turning themselves into Walmart. Two regular checkout lanes were not open. Customers were backed up wall to wall. I asked for a floor manager. Two managers came. I showed him the sea of customer that were backed up. The two closed closed checkout lanes were opened. The backup of customer was relieved. I will only be shopping at the Crossville Kroger (in town Kroger's) as a last resort . Food City continues to put Customer service ahead of profits. That is where I will be taking my dollars ? from now on.Back to the New self check out lanes. This is my question to the Kroger Corporation, Who was hired to do the Demographic profile of the in town Kroger Store and the Demographic profile of Crossville? Because that company got the Demographics totally wrong. Walk into the Kroger Crossville store at any time and you will find more Gray hair than not. The same with Crossville the city. Kroger wants older people to be running back and forth to scan their groceries and bag the groceries at the same time. ONCE MORE.... KROGER HAS PUT PROFITS AHEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's a sad day.Shop at Food City for Customer service and let the scanning and bagging be done by Food City employees

Absolutely worse Kroger ever! Store is nasty. Store is full of out of stocks. Never enough help. Rude employees. Store Manager useless....there to just draw a paycheck.

Too many times I’ve had my pickup time adjusted by an hour. I get the notification when I’m 10 minutes from the store. This is a big inconvenience as I generally do pickups from two stores and sync my pickup times since I live 25ish minutes from the store.

This is my favorite place to shop! They always have great sales, and digital coupons. If you ever have any trouble the people at the service counter are always friendly and happy to help. And I think the free fruit for kids stand in the produce is absolutely darling, I love it!

It's a more high end grocery store. It's also on the expensive side so naturally it and Walmart are the only places I can use my healthy benefits card from my insurance company! This visit went fine unlike last month which was horrible due to the employee working at the self checkout area she was incredibly obnoxious .

I went through the self checkout and my item scanned the wrong price. It was more than the price on the item. They would not honor the price that was on the item and I wanted to use my Master card as credit and I have used as a credit with a cashier and the clerk argued with me and basically called me a liar stating that you can’t use a master card as credit in the store. I have used the same card as credit before.

You need to check gas pump #7. I don't think it's charging the correct amount. I won't be buying gas here again.
