By far the worst bank I've had to work with. The employees are rude if you have an issues they act like it's an inconvenience to help you or they say they can not help and to come into the office. Multiple times I have called about duplicate transactions everytime they say it's because of the weekend and how the transactions are processed on weekends but that doesn't explain why it is Multiple transactions how can something posting on a certain day effect the number of transactions. I have around $400 just disappear this way and still have no answers to how or where the money had gone. The mobile app is a joke it only works a couple times a week and don't try to deposit a check with the mobile app because unlike every other bank you have to write for mobile deposit only or it will be declined and you will not be made aware that it was declined. Then there are the fees they charge fees for the most ridiculous reasons. Also if you accidentally try to get over your daily cash limit the ATM will take your debit card and you will have to wait for the office to open to get your card back I was without mine from Saturday afternoon until Monday with no access to my money.

This bank is great; it has all the services I've ever called for, either for personal or business banking (wire transfers, forex exchange and so forth). They're very helpful and they always have a Scooby Snack and bit of kindness for my dog.

This bank is by far the worse bank I ever used in under a month u causes me to look elsewhere. The online banking yeah right should be called no online bank what a joke and fees fees everywhere and 25 collars for a transfer fee all u guys know how to do is rip people off. Leaving and glad to wish I cou rate below a 1 only reason I tried them was because dad's a bully

I’ve worked with 3 banks here in Crossville and this is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. There is always some kind of issue with their systems or with charges and pending charges on my account the workers are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and I do not recommend this bank to anyone. I’ve had both a business and personal account with them and it has just been one mess after another with this bank. I have dealt with robin and Amanda at this location and anytime I’ve had to speak with them they are incredibly rude. As well as several of the older tellers at this location. The staff is obviously not trained in customer service and does not treat their customers with any respect whatsoever. They are also the absolute worst if you’re married to only need the husband for anything regarding the account regardless if you’re the primary on the account of not they’ll use the “well we need your husbands approval first” comment on just about everything. When it’s my money and my accounts he is just a card holder on that is absolutely ridiculous! If you’re going to bank anywhere in Crossville don’t go here!! I’d recommend upper cumberland federal credit union or first bank over this mess of a place. Truly unprofessional.

The pending process on accounts for debit charges is all over place. Some are immediate, some take days. If it's the weekend, they pile up. Written checks seem to always draft after 2 am. My direct deposit paycheck never is before 8 am payday Friday. Randomly account will lock on weekends so we have to carry backup credit cards.
