I've never had a problem with the store itself, the staff is friendly and helpful. I rushed there at 7pm the other night to get help and the gentleman (I think his name was William but I am not 100% sure) was super kind, and the customer service guy I had to call at 611 saved us $50 on our phone plan! I'm sure they had a terrible time the other day with the service outage (which was not their fault) so I hope these guys are getting some good praise!

I went to Cricket to buy a new phone and 2 days later my phone # was given to someone else by a Cricket employee in Miami. Cricket did nothing. Beware, your TN# is not yours.

The Crossville store is hands down THE BEST customer service. Specifically Scott Davenport. I'm not tech savvy so if I just can't figure something out he always has an answer. He goes over and beyond. Great positive attitude. Just a really caring human that treats his customers the way he would want to be treated!

Update to original review: I am leaving the 5 star review since it is for the local store but after one full day of Cricket service, I will be going back to Verizon. Service has been in and out and I have been unable to make calls or send text. I have been in contact with support most of the day and they have reset my service twice.Excellent customer service!

TLDR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BUY HERE NOW!I got done with my old provider and chose an mvno that turned into a disaster. After weeks of no cell phone, I decided to switch to Cricket instead, and go to this cricket store in hopes they could help me sort everything outWow! I wish I'd just gone there first! The absolute best customer service experience of my life, knowledgeable people who worked through every unexpected hiccup along the way, and I didn't spend a penny that wasn't thoroughly understood and agreed upon.Then I got home and found out what I'd actually bought. A quick speed test showed me that the data speeds in my rural house are, wait for it...Over 7X FASTER than anything I've seen since moving here! I wish I'd gone with Cricket years ago!TLDR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BUY HERE NOW!

The customer service is just beyond excellent. I would recommend any of my family members or friends to switch to cricket and use the Crossville location. The two guys that work there always over the top ready to help you no matter what and always smiling. Great job guys. Thank you

The customer service I received from Kevin and Scott was outstanding! Both guys were very helpful, friendly and patient. Highly recommend! Both deserve a huge raise! Only complaint I have is when I try to call the store directly I get an automated message saying it's not a working number. ?
