I love this place. Staff is always helpful. Sometimes you have to wait. It's a busy store. Staff courteous & knowledgeable. I've moved from area but only 30 min. away. I'll go back to this store if I have to.

The Crossville store is hands down THE BEST customer service. Specifically Scott Davenport. I'm not tech savvy so if I just can't figure something out he always has an answer. He goes over and beyond. Great positive attitude. Just a really caring human that treats his customers the way he would want to be treated!
