I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service I received tonight. Chris got my car home safe and sound after I got stuck on an icy road. Such a nice young man and had multiple more after je got my car home safe. He will be out working all night as I'm he has all week since Crossville got hit last Sunday. God bless this man for the job he does. Please call him if you ever need towing bc he's the best.

My truck quit after getting some bad gas. Chris with I40 BP towed it back to his shop, drained tank & replaced fuel pump.

Really good guys at I-40 BP. They've got tons of used tires at a really good rate mounted and balanced. If you can't afford a new tire this is a great option to keep you going until you can't afford a new tire. They will take care of you very well.

Had a tire blow out on I-40 west one mile from exit 317. AAA asked them to please bring a jack. They stated they were 1-hour out. An hour goes by and no truck. Called AAA back and was told they declined the call. I40 BP didn't have the courtesy to text or call and let us know they wouldn't be coming.

It's never a good situation when you're from out of town and have car problems but with the help from these guys I was back in the road in an hour. They also did this for a very reasonable price when it would have been easy for them to take advantage of a guy in a tough spot... I wish that every business operated like this one!!

AAA is useless if you breakdown in Cumberland County. I-40 Wreckers WILL NOT respond if it is remotely close to 5pm or the weekend. Save your time and call one of the other services in Crossville.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Arranged a pick up through AAA, company refused to show. No notification that they would not be servicing the call. Absolutely useless.

Had a flat on 49 West,called several services but they recommended this one cause they were busy,called told there'd be a 30 minute wait it was an hour an 15 driver couldn't get lugnut off took us back to shop he changed someone else's flat before working on mine,after an hour there he told me he broke a cap an I'd have to replace it,an he put a spare he had on instead of mine which seemed strange to me that's why I have a spare is to use when needed,we were back on the road an another hour down the road we have another flat an its the tire he put on the whole side came out of it by this time it's 1:00 in the morning a we're all tired so I called my son in Franklin to come get us I'm about an hour away ,while waiting a trooper comes along an tries to break the lugnuts loose,he couldnt,couldn't, call the wrecker service the man refused to come out an help fix it,he wouldn't make it right act like it wasn't his problem,you don't run a business that way ,the trooper asked why he didn't use my spare,neither of us understood that deal,Tn has rough roads in this area I'm assuming that's what caused my flat in the beginning I hid a very bad spit in the road my tires were good on Thu my trip to Franklin was a splur moment to come normally takes me 6 hrs from were we live in VA this trip took 11 over half spent setting on side of road
