“This place is amazing, Took my 2014 Chevy Equinox in because it was not running right, it was missing really bad. It had coded a Cam shaft sensor so my husband changed it. Still running really rough, with no code. These kind folks worked diligently for 2.5 days and figured out my problem, and fixed it. “I had dropped my motorcycle that damaged my right pannier.
I called several collision shops but none of them said they could do it.
Contacted Chans and they said they could.
Not only did they do it, they knocked it out of the park.
The color match is on point.
I really should have taken a picture of what it look like before so you can see what a difference it makes.
But I had to write this review because I'm happy with the returned product.
My upper 31L pannier is a little Sun faded,
So I'll probably be back to have them correct the paint on that too.

“This shop and the owners are exceptional in their line of work. I’ve taken my car several times for oil changes and he’s very thorough in checking the basic. If it’s not needed he will not waste your money..I dropped my car off to have ac compressor changed out, he said he felt it was working fine but just low on Freon. I kept hearing a noise, rattling sound and thought it was the compressor clutch as it stopped when I turned off the ac, I had a new alternator belt and tensioner pulley installed from another local shop. I thought the tensioner was the culprit then was told no, it’s the compressor. Even though this mechanic assured it was all working fine I had him replace it just knowing that’s what it was. Well, it wasn’t that and I should have listened to the professional. Hear the rattling noise soon after I left the shop.He takes great pride in his work and for that I will continue to use his services. For now, I’m trouble free with a cold Ac. ”
“I got in a pretty bad wreck a little under two weeks ago and ended up totaling my car. Thankfully the lady who hit me had insurance and all was worked out in the end but the car shopping experience has been particularly stressful. Having only had two used cars in the past, I knew this time around I wanted to get a brand new one with a warranty, better gas mileage, and a few specific bells and whistles that would make me happy in the long run. I spent over a week searching for the right car and finally came across the one I wanted, but every dealership around me didn't satisfy me with their offers and inventory. Saturday night I was looking online, came across Dave Kirk, and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. They got in touch with me about availability the very next business day and we hurried down to them to check the car out. They were super helpful and understood that I had been through a lot of stress lately, and especially with this being my first new car buying experience. I was so thankful for their help through it all. Needless to say, the car is in the driveway as I'm typing this and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Matt was our salesman and he was such an awesome guy all around, super informative and very kind. Everyone at the dealership was so happy to help however they could and have checked in with me already to make sure I'm happy with everything about my vehicle and experience overall. “Went to get advice on a car that i purchased originally to flip for a profit. I ended up getting in a accident and my daily was totaled. I didn't call or make any kind of appointment, which i'm sure is the better thing to do no matter where you go!!
