“One of the coolest things about this place is that they will give out a coupon to new residents in the area to try and generate business but the stuff you can get with that coupon are pretty useful. For instance I got a brand new set of wiper blades for my car which would have cost me around $50 for free. So good for you Parts City. I called several collision shops but none of them said they could do it.
Contacted Chans and they said they could.
Not only did they do it, they knocked it out of the park.
The color match is on point.
I really should have taken a picture of what it look like before so you can see what a difference it makes.
But I had to write this review because I'm happy with the returned product.
My upper 31L pannier is a little Sun faded,
So I'll probably be back to have them correct the paint on that too.

“I got in a pretty bad wreck a little under two weeks ago and ended up totaling my car. Thankfully the lady who hit me had insurance and all was worked out in the end but the car shopping experience has been particularly stressful. Having only had two used cars in the past, I knew this time around I wanted to get a brand new one with a warranty, better gas mileage, and a few specific bells and whistles that would make me happy in the long run. I spent over a week searching for the right car and finally came across the one I wanted, but every dealership around me didn't satisfy me with their offers and inventory. Saturday night I was looking online, came across Dave Kirk, and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. They got in touch with me about availability the very next business day and we hurried down to them to check the car out. They were super helpful and understood that I had been through a lot of stress lately, and especially with this being my first new car buying experience. I was so thankful for their help through it all. Needless to say, the car is in the driveway as I'm typing this and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Matt was our salesman and he was such an awesome guy all around, super informative and very kind. Everyone at the dealership was so happy to help however they could and have checked in with me already to make sure I'm happy with everything about my vehicle and experience overall.
