Came in a few minutes early for my 1pm appt to turn in my trade-in device. The customer service here NEEDS WORK! There aws no "hello" or any form of acknowledgement from the staff member. There was a couple he was working with and another couple waiting. I said hello (pretty much to the entire room) and inquired about my 1pm appt and he said I could sign in for the waitlist because appts dont matter and it would be a very long wait. I said I had made an appt for 1pm today yesterday to assure a shorter wait. He rolled his eyes and said I could come back later because it would be hours before he could take the 10 minutes to take my trade in... Extremely unprofessional, lacking any customer service skills and was even rude to the other couple that had been waiting. EVEN the other couple that had been waiting for what they shared was over an hour, said he could service me first, since I had an established appt. Just really disappointed in how a NEW (or any for that matter) customer was being treated AND even with a pre-scheduled appointment for something that takes 10 minutes. I hope management will take this into consideration and address the problem.

I stopped there to order a new phone. I was helped with the process, and he did a great job of explaining the details. I was impressed with his explanation of the features of my new phone. Customer service is always excellent at AT&T.

Saturday afternoon 1 person in store while 2 at lunch at the same time waiting 40 min. And the girl who was working was with the same customer when we got there. Lobby had 12 people waiting. Never had a good experience at this store. Last time I was here the key broke in the door and waited 45 min. While the employee tried to get the manager to come out. Ended up going to cookeville

This store don’t deserve 1 star. Poor service per Bionca and Victoria. They are rude woman spoke like sailers to customers and AT&T own customer service . It’s very very sad they act. Think they know everything and truly know nothing !! Especially Bionca !! I will never set foot in that store ever again so long as they are in it and running it .. I will not be talked to and set in this store for hours again for their ignorance and lack of knowledge of their jobs !!! Also we were lied to by both them over and over. Sent wrong phone from the beginning . Said they couldn’t process a return. Set up 2 accounts because didn’t know what they were doing. .. said all activation fees would be taken off and most definitely not charged to us. She repeatedly lied over and over… at first Victoria did say she would help. And then went all against what she said. And has. Ow totally lied to someone and put on my account she’s has Banneker me from her store. Haha. Don’t belong to her. She was fired from cricket for things she shouldn’t been doing and was a bad mouth person over there as well. I’m done

Went here to sign up for first net. They entered the information for the account wrong causing me to loose service months later. Had to go to another att store for them to fix it. All together I spent over 8 hours trying to get it fixed, because they set up the account wrong.

After a long week of trying to get to the store to get my new phone, I finally got there. Victoria was a big help even though she was feeling sick. She worked really hard to get my phone fixed and set up. Would recommend her anytime you need someone's help.
