We rented a Hisense 55 inch TV from the crossville store in August of 2021 , paid it off in December , over $1,000 between renting and pay off . And exactly one year from the time we took it out of the box the thing died . Just shut off and wouldn't turn back on . The tv was still under manufacture's warranty . After having the tv for a couple weeks was told it couldn't be fixed and we qualified for a replacement tv . And seven months later we are still waiting for our replacement . Multiple calls to the store and a few to the corporate office saying they will look into it and call me back , no calls , no tv . Just don't call us we'll call you . Seriously! It doesn't take seven months to arrange for a replacement tv when it dies that quickly . At this point we want a replacement tv or a full refund of what we paid for the tv .

Since 2020 I have been doing business with Aaron's and we have been good customers paying out multiple items. One item has been washer and dryer sets. Two of the same type. GE brand machines. Just days after paying the lease off on the first set the washer started to make horrible grinding noises. It was serviced and returned yet still making the same noise. They opted to sell me a new set for half the price so there being a years lease rather than two. Now on 1-23-23 the new lease was paid off but guess where the washer was? Being serviced yet again for the same issue as the first machine. Aarons picked it up on 12-5-22 and returned it on 2-1-23. The very first load of laundry washed the machine was making the same LOUD GRIND sound. I have reached out now two separate times and am told the manager will call me. This is not the way to do business. Appliances should not be this short lived especially at Aaron's lease type pricing.

I recently did an online purchase of a tv/ fireplace, when they called to schedule delivery I told them the time they would have to deliver it, that was great the lady said on the phone, come delivery day they didn’t show up so I call , I was told of well we were told any time after that time no incorrect, so the lady says it can be 45 minutes to a couple of hrs , i told her no one’s going to be home so cancel delivery, it’s been several days now and two calls to corporate and still no phone calls or delivery. I was told yesterday when I called back to their corporate office they were calling and Jeremy would be calling me right back to schedule delivery, 24 hrs later he’s not called.

Not willing to work with long time customers when they have a few hard months. Make a deal to "try to help you out" then totally reneg on it. Had an "arrangement" to take half my payment on the 13th. Took the whole payment on the 12th. Thanks Aaron's now I can't pay my car insurance. Was just asking for 2 weeks. I think I'll just sit on the floor next time.

We have had a myriad of issues with this store. Including sending one person to deliver a 8 foot couch, busting our door frame because the manager Jermey said "we will make it fit np" instead of measuring the couch like we asked. They damaged the couch shoving it through the door but the regional manager did take care of us by discounting the couch. However, now less than a year later the springs are busting out the bottom and to repair it they have to remove it from our house. I told them to check with the manager becuase of the whole delivery issue. The manager can't even be bothered to call us back and runs to the back when we come into the store...

Harley is awesome! She qas a pleasure to have in our home! Felt like family was coming by to drop off furniture. Definitely recommend Aaron's not only because Harley but the other staff as well! Even with covid policies making life difficult..you can easily call and see how much credit you have via phone AND they will walk the showroom and describe items you're interested in and let you know the breakdown of payments and setup delivery and first payment right from your home or office! Not only that but if you have an issue you can easily change your pay dates to insure you're comfortable with the payment plan. Definitely the best experience I've ever had with rent to own. Rent a center is a nightmare but Aaron's feels like family every time

I don't think that they are very trustworthy. My daughter went and looked at washer and dryers and was quoted a price. She repeatedly asked if they were sure of the price and was told yes. She took me to look at them and suddenly the price doubled. They said oh my bad I made a mistake. What a rip off. Very dishonest.

Very pushy staff. Told them someone had broke in stole my items and I would get them the report soon as I could.. they still send someone to harass me daily
