This is a wonderful local pharmacy that always has what we need with regards to our prescriptions, they serve a great food, and the staff is very personable.

We are so blessed that we were told by a dear friend & fellow fan?that dear Sara & her husband had purchased Thomas Drugs. During Sara’s tenure with a big box pharmacy my husband & I developed a great relationship with Sara —the managing pharmacist. She is super kind, has compassion & is one incredible person! Thomas Drugs is very well managed & in these days of uncertainty, she has never failed to follow through with unusual (I think?), special order items that our family has had to request in our aging process . The grill & soda fountain shop does a delicious job as well. My husband has even joined a men’s prayer meeting group that he truly appreciates affiliated with Thomas Drugs. . We are extremely appreciative of Sara, her husband & entire staff.

A fun throwback to the days of yesterday. We actually traveled to Cross Plains just to check out this store. From the soda fountain bar to the overall appearance of yesteryear, this place was definitely worth the trip. Also a great place to pick up a gift or two. I got one for my collection.

This is a great step back in time! The food is phenomenal and the milkshakes are over the top. All made from fresh ingredients and made in the old school way. The staff are a joy and loaded with local information. Take the kids there and show them what food was like before "fast food". Also let them buy a game from yesteryear and ditch the cellphone for awhile. Enjoy the pictures.

It was a great treat to visit Thomas Drugs. It was like going back in time. It was like revisiting the old malt shops I would go to as a kid! FANTASTIC!!

Thomas Drug is one of my favorite places! I am so excited they brought back lunch. If you haven't tried them before make the trip! You wont be disappointed.

The staff is always friendly and courteous from the pharmacy to the lunch counter! It's like taking back a step in time when businesses value your patronage and you aren't a number. Changing from a chain to this independent pharmacy has been amazing.The food is delicious and the milkshake are amazing.

When we came we were nicely greeted by the worker, we took are seat and ordered some ice cream, it was the bomb there.

Tremendous trip back in time. Food is fantastic and ladies working counter are so sweet. Had the salad trio - chicken, tuna and pimento cheese on a fresh bed of lettuce and tomatoes. My wife had the Cheddar Cheeseburger and loved it. Plenty of soda fountain favorites like malts, shakes, banana splits, sundaes, ice cream sodas and hand mixed soda drinks. Of course we couldn't pass up sharing a banana split. So good. Well worth the trip from Nashville area. Come get some small town charm and put some South in your Mouth.

Drove from Nashville today for a girls trip with my mom, sister and niece and had a great time! My mom summed it up when she said, "it feels like we're in Mayberry." I highly recommend the milkshakes and the DAB salad. We'll definitely be back!

About as close to the ole fashion Woolworth counter one can get. They are serving food again and it was awesome! The Coke float was scrumptious and the BLT was quite tasty. The employees were so nice, friendly and full of smiles. I definitely will go back to try the pimento cheese and a shake. They are serving lunch again, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
