The people working the counter, drive through, and giving vaccines are fast, efficient, and very pleasant. They have 3 people working the farmacy on a Saturday evening. They fill prescriptions within a couple of hours of them being called in. Called in is the new norm. I don't have any kind of addictive NEED for "medication" NOW, but when I was driving out of town and needed a prescription filled immediately, they did so in 20 minutes.Helpful, kind, efficient. 5 stars.

I know it’s a COVID world and being short staffed is one of those problems so my review won’t reflect that. What I’m focusing on is it took them DAYS to fill my husband’s ANTIBIOTICS after we called and called. I have essential meds too. Placed on hold for 30 minutes for them to be too lazy to take ins info(told me to just come on up there) so I got to wait in line in the drive thru for 30 more minutes for them to tell me they have too many customers waiting and that I have to come back YET AGAIN. So I’m going to see how other pharmacies treat me. I’m sure the level of care can’t possibly be this bad anywhere else. Also, nice pharmacist but everyone in my fam collectively laments when we know she’s there bc she knows nothing of brevity and holds up the line wayyy too long. Too bad. It has been my lifelong pharmacy.

I used to use Kroger covington for my prescriptions and was automatically switched to Walgreens when they closed. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I'm on hold in the neighborhood of 20 minutes every time I call. And some of the times someone would answer and immediately place me right back on hold multiple times in one sitting. I have never had so much trouble calling anyone much less my pharmacy. After this 20+ minutes hold I am currently on with them, I will be immediately switching to Walmart pharmacy. I'm done with Walgreens
