Prepping for our walk along the Camino de Santiago, from Porto Portugal to Santiago Spain.We're loaded up and walking in preparation. Want to think Jason at Total Fitness for all the encouraging words and supporting us on this incredible adventure. We're just beginning our 50 adventures over 50 and super excited about it.Really nice workout facility, great equipment, staff is helpful and friendly, love the tanning beds, kids zone (for those that need it) only thing I would improve is the showers. Otherwise awesomeness.

TF is the complete gym. I love the fact they have a boxing room with heavy bags. Great trainers as well that work with your schedule. Definitely top notch equipment and staff.
