I purchased this product in the store Monday! I opened it this morning and noticed it was dried out and clumpy. I respectfully called the store and the manager answered. I told him about the product respectfully and asked him yo check the others on the shelf to make sure they are ok.. he was immediately rude I know he hadn’t checked because he responded immediately after I said it.. “EVERYTHING IS FINE”. I proceeded to tell him mine wasn’t and asked if I could exchange for another his immediate response was “no you can not”??…it had only been two days since I purchased it.. I run a business and this is definitely not great customer service. I will NEVER go there again nor recommend my clients to go! 1st impression is the best impression but this was the worst!
