I bought a truck there about 3 weeks ago and had concerns about the bed. They said they would put a bed liner in it. Every time I call I'm told it's not there yet . I was told they would cut me a check for the cost of the liner. She said it probably would be there on Monday and would call me when she had the check in hand. Today is Thursday and still haven't heard anything. Looks like they are interested in selling and no follow up.
Well it's another week since I posted this review. Still no check for the bedliner and I paid for this truck. Been over a month now and no title. Never buy from these people. All you get is lies

So, I live in FL. I am planning a trip to TN.
Found out that I need an ABS module. By this time, I knew that part has been on back order for so many. Back order for months! Josh, in the service department, advised me what I need to do, beings I have an after market warranty. If it wasn’t for his advice, I probably would have had to pay for the part and labor!
Thank you so very much Josh! I hope your employer knows that you are a valued employee!

Never trust your vehicle to these crooks.
I took my 2021 Ram 2500 in for a routine rear diff service. It has a limited slip diff and as soon as I got it back something was not right. I was leaving Memphis for Colorado and so I waited to get it looked at. I took it to the dealer I bought it from for an EGR service. I mentioned an odd vibration in the drive train and they checked it. They said the oil was black and had metal particles in it. They had to do a cover off inspection and a change of fluid. They thought either the original service wasn't done or they used the wrong oil.
I contacted the service dept. who said they'd call back but never did. I contacted the service manager. Same runaround and no call back. I called the general manager. He promised to call back and didn't
After trying three times to contact him,
nothing.
So I'm just trying to help others avoid a similar experience. This is completely unacceptable.
I wouldn't let them check my tire pressure.

I have never been to a small desperate country dealership that uses the ole country boy method , Robert must be pretty desperate to try and sell a vehicle, what’s strange is how you use my driver license to pull my credit without any written consent, I only let you use a copy of my license to test drive your vehicle, and I told you and your dealership straight up that I didn’t want any credit pulls till I agreed on the out the door price which you did not comply with, I didn’t even sign permission for you to pull my credit,you definitely will be hearing from Tennessee consumers affairs, and the Tennessee attorney general.will also be contacting your dealership owner, I don’t play like that!!!

I shopped around for a truck and these guys quoted me a 16.5% interest rate on a credit score of 780. Wouldn’t come down one penny on the truck I wanted . But a week later they continue to call me and they can come down on the price now . Don’t waste your time with these guys they are not looking for your best interest .

I worked with Tyler and he was a great sales rep. I ran into a few issues when I was back in the business office to sign papers, due to the gentleman being newer. However, Tyler took my issues, and personally saw to it that everything was resolved to my level of satisfaction. He kept an open line of communication and kept me updated constantly. I definitely recommend asking for Tyler!
