Goodwill is a great place to shop. The prices are a little pricey, but almost anything you're looking for is there. The staff has pleasant attitudes.

Im very disappointed in the customer service, at the Goodwill in covington Ga., The cashier never even acknowledged me when I checked out, she was too busy having a personal conversation with her co-worker, and totally ignoring me, the customer!

I'm pleasantly surprised as I don't come to Covington that often. This is a very nice Goodwill and I'd put in myvtop 10. Very clean and organized. It's not short-staffed at all. Everyone working here seems happy. I love it. They have nice items too. The purse section is huge and the stuffed toys are not just tossed on the shelves but are sat up as if they're in church. It's quite cute. I will definitely return.
