When I first called, I heard another phone ringing after I was on the line. And she hung up on me. She called back after I called a few times. No response about I quote. I had to call the next day. And then she had more questions. I feel like it wasn't very professional.

I had auto insurance only at a different company and was able to switch to Erie with Elizabeth Rook and bundled auto and renters for lower than what I was paying for auto only..and had better coverage!! Would definitely recommend Elizabeth Rook Insurance!!

They are terrible they gave me insurance and didn't tell me you had to have your license for 3 years to keep it.... didn't give me a phone call or anything to let me know. Then got mail 2 months later saying I didn't have insurance.
