“In April 2023, like much of Covington, Mini Mall Storage got hit with the EF3 tornado. Since then they have repaved the storage parking area, repaired all of the fencing and electronic gates, repaired the storage buildings, and installed new cameras lighting and security system.Karmen, at the front desk, has been extremely helpful. She is very patient and easy to work with. She helped with the paperwork, allowed me to pick the particular parking spot for my RV, changed my gate code multiple times (haha), and setup my monthly auto-pay so I don’t have to worry about forgetting about it. In a world where good help can sometimes be hard to find, she has exceeded my expectations.I can highly recommend checking out Mini Mall Storage if you need storage space.”
