Absolutely love Aeneas. Would recommend to anyone. Am able to run all tvs, phones, and tablets with no lag or slowness. No issues while storming unless power goes out.

Not only do I have this excellent service, but my husband also works for the company. I can tell a huge difference in my husbands life just by this company in general. They really thrive and work hard to give the best customer service and service to your local community for all your needs. I can honestly say 100% with confidence this company cares about their customers and employees. If you don’t have this service, then trust me, you are doing it completely wrong. High speed internet granted and the best team a company could have.

My internet has been amazing for over a year. All of a sudden the past 3 Sunday’s every time at midnight, my box starts blinking red. I unplug it, to restart it and it just blinks red. I call, leave a message, and leave a detailed message with The call service. Still haven’t received a call back. I’d like to know what’s going on. Why is my internet going out so often on Sunday’s?

I live in Atoka, TN, my home on the Aeneas website they state they have coverage at my house. But… when I call them I get the run I was on the phone with them today and got hung up on when there hours ends for sales. I’m on the edge of their coverage. But the bigger problem this has now made is it is keeping other fiber providers from the south from saying they can get to my address if I pay for a fiber line to be run from Rosemark. Because it shows that Aeneas covers our subdivision. Fix your map or give me service. It’s that simple.
