It has a nice selection of equipment (free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment) and is open 24/7. There is only one of each piece of weight equipment so you might have to wait if you are there during a busy time. I stopped in around 9pm on a Tuesday and there were only four people there. By the time I finished up my workout at about 10, I was the only one left. Everything seemed clean and tidy and in good working order. I would definitely stop in again. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to work out at a full gym instead of having to use the typical hotel gym.”
