“A tree jumped out tore up my front end. Insurance company "totaled" my car. Other repair shops refused to work on my car. Then I found James Auto just down the street from me. Confidently, the owner looked at my car and said he can restore it. It looks better now than it did prior to the tree hitting it! It's a 2013 Murano SUV convertible that they for only two years. My classic car is now even more classic after James Auto professionally restored my special car. Learned they do all sorts of Auto work, including oil change. For now on my cars go to James Auto first!!”

“My Volkswagen sustained some pretty serious damage back in October that required both driver's side doors to be replaced. The VW Dealership in North Nashville recommended TriStar Collision as the place to get my car fixed - and I am so glad I took them up on that suggestion.
Within 2 weeks, TriStar had me booked to drop my car off and start the repairs. From the start, they were responsive and committed to getting my car repaired ASAP. I originally dropped it off at their Nashville location, but shortly after they asked me if they could transfer the car to their Hendersonville shop so they could complete it faster.
After dealing with insurance estimates and the parts shop sending the wrong door moldings to fit my car, TriStar's actual repair process was finished within a week or two. The whole process did take longer than I expected, but not really TriStar's fault at all...
I got a few texts throughout the repair process, updating me when my vehicle was in a new stage of repair. If you want further communication, just call their office - they normally answer right away and are happy to provide you with any further updates. You can also submit a message on the website, and you'll get a call/email response.
My car looks brand new, and I appreciated their patience and great work in making it look so good. Will definitely return for any future repair needs.”

QCR is absolutely the latter -- they did professional, "good-as-new" repairs on both my truck's western hauler bed and my RV and I couldn't be more pleased with them.
