First thing they want a deposit and that okay. Our unit was full of mud so we had to clean it out before we could used it. They have outside company managing it for them, I think the management company will is outside the the US. We move out of our unit on the 17th of January and notified the management and I asked for our deposit as of today February 2nd and several calls still no deposit. Now in some of the reviews they talked about how secure is it has a fence around it an electric gate that stays open all the time so how secure is that? My next calls going to be to the BBB.
