Decent gas station/shop but I prefer the gas station across the road. Exxon does not require me to fill out a long form including all my DL info to get pennies off per gallon as Weigel's .

Selling 3 month old expired Grizzly products is unacceptable.. its not just one can its about every can I buy there.. I always tell myself the next one will be fresher it never is.. always dried out or not as fresh as it should or could be.. the public shouldn't have to pay because yall wanna buy truck loads of the stuff for a penny a can and then selling it to your loyal consumers for about 5 dollars a pop after it is already 3 months expired no good..buying September 23 expired Grizzly dip on December 9th 23 is insanity and bad business!!

I stopped by the Weigels on Tazewell Pike to get a cup of white chocolate Carmel cappuccino and it was out of product. Just dispensing water so I informed the employee that was walking by me that it wasn't working properly and her response was OK I will check it in a little bit. She finished what she was doing and proceeded to walk by me and the cappuccino station to talk to another employee . So I tried to get a cup of hot chocolate and guess what it was out also. So I went across the street to the EZ Stop and gave them my money. I guess Mr. Weigel has enough money!

If Weigel’s ever does an undercover boss operation, in the mornings (or anytime really) there will probably be some job openings soon thereafter for all positions.

Many rude employees who make sure to have loud inappropriate conversations around customers. I was in there recently and I paid for a drink in cash. I was criticized for not giving the exact amount of change. The employee told me that you have to give “exact change in the real world” which I didn’t even know what she meant by that.

It's always stocked well and organized. It is clean and neat. I always try to stop in for fuel and a bite to eat or snack.

For the most part the food is good and employees are friendly enough. In the last 3 months atleast once a week there out of regular coffee. I would reccomend getting a snack before going to order at deli. The workers will make eye contact with you then spend the next 6 minutes explaining what they did the last night to a coworker. This isn't a one time occurrence, it's an every weekend thing.

In the past, these folks were decent. I excused the unprofessional talk among clerks. I ignored the guy who one Saturday morning said he refused to clean the bathrooms because it was "someone else's job". I ignored the signage indicating a buy one get one half off sign being ignored and myself being questioned when the wrong price was ring up. I've been in nearly everyday for the last 2-3 weeks for a morning biscuit. The last several days they seemed to have stopped putting biscuits out. Today I asked a manager if there was a change in policy (for example, do I need to come in sooner?) And was told I could order in the back. I told her that in the past I've been told if there aren't any biscuits in the ready made area, they are out for the day and that typically if I order from there it takes several minutes to even get acknowledged and that I don't have time to stand around. Her response, rather than hear the customer and understand that I was asking about grab and go meals was to shout throughout the store asking her person in the back how long a biscuit would take to make, receiving an answer of 7 seconds and then shouting to me across the store that I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about.Cool, I'll take my meager 5$ a day and go somewhere else. If you don't value the customer, then your customers will leave. If you belittle a customer publicly, I hope your business fails sooner rather than later.

This store smells like awful Body Odor.... like an unwashed armpit.
