We will order all of our cakes from this location going forward. Chocolate cake with a fresh strawberry filling and whipped topping. The store was packed at pick up, but they had plenty of registers open, unlike other chain stores who try to push everyone through self check out. Have a blessed 2024!”
“The people are very friendly and helpful. The store is adequately stocked, but nothing extraordinary or unusual. It's a good, solid grocery store. Clean, modern (enough), and well lit. There's not another grocery for miles, so it's a relief that this one is just fine.”
“Steve, the assistant manager at IGA, made my day with his kindness and compassion. You can tell that he cares so much about people, and he is a perfect example that there is still good in the world. He insisted on helping me find a couple items in the store after I had mostly given up on finding them myself. When I went to check out, we ran into some problems and he again insisted on making sure everything was taken care of before I left. He even ended up paying for some of my groceries when the problem couldn’t be figured out, which was just an example of him going above and beyond to take care of a customer. It is rare that you see kindness like that these days, but Steve showed me tonight that good people still exist. He always offers kind words and the sweetest smile when you walk in the store. He’s just the best.”
