I recently visited the Toyota dealership on Germantown Parkway after getting a flat tire on my 2023 Toyota Camry. As someone who has tire and rim coverage, I expected some level of assistance, but my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, the representative informed me that I would need to leave my car there and find my own way home. When I asked if they could at least put on the spare tire, they flatly refused. To make matters worse, they offered no alternative solutions or suggestions that could have been helpful in my situation. The lack of care and poor customer service left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
Given that I paid for tire and rim coverage precisely for situations like this, I expected much more from a Toyota dealership. Fortunately, I reached out to Principle Toyota, who informed me that I have AAA coverage through my Toyota app at no cost. They kindly arranged for someone to put on the spare tire, and Toyota on Winchester was able to repair my tire the same day. I'm beyond grateful for their willingness to assist, especially after such a disappointing experience at the Germantown Parkway location.
I strongly urge the management at Germantown Parkway to reconsider their approach to customer service, as this experience has made me seriously question my loyalty to this dealership.

Everyone is very nice and worked with me! If you need a vehicle.. go here! If I can get a new car, so can you! Nicole Simpon and Courtney were so nice, and the managers as well!
