They are liars they say all your parts that they fix or replace or repair all are lifetime warranty. That's a lie they will find all kind of excuses when you take your vehicle back to them with that same problem that they supposed to have solved meaning fixedI called them to make an appointment for them to fix my interior back on my convertible top inside the lady that makes the appointment she tell me to hold ,after I got though explaining to her what was going on with my car she comes back to the phone and tells me that they said they don't work on my type of car no more, long story short,I took my Volvo back to them about the interior on top was coming back a loose all the little clamps and bolts pops out of it when I was letting down the top one day, that they had supposedly fixed about a year ago and I told him(Eric, ) when I went up there and made an appointment , finally brought my car stay in the waiting area about a hour 1/2 for them to come and get me and tell me my interior lining is broke ,in that case it was broke when I got it fixed previously about a year ago by them $500dollars and something on that inside interior top.I have spent a lot of money with Volvo on my car they say cause my car is old the reason why but it's all good. I will not ever buy another Volvo. They are bad quality. The old black lady work at the front desk are very( Rude )she needs to retire or something,The peoples are liars that work there. And you all need to stop saying you're work is a lifetime warranty, but they are not because y'all going to always have a excuse when someone bring their car back

Truly the most awful experience. It seems as if they are simply in the business to get paid and are reluctant to provide valuable assistance. The guy I dealt with, Sean, didn’t even seem fully knowledgeable of the service I was asking for. If you’re a lady, I highly recommend having a male step in for you, or else there is a HIGH risk of you being taken advantage of. After weeks of trying to secure an opening through email and phone, I finally spoke to Sean about programming a new key for my 2006 Volvo. I purchased a key from a third party to save $ and explained to Sean that I only needed it be programmed. He still tried to charge me the full +$400 amount until a young Black man stepped in and explained the process, which significantly cut the price. I ended up asking them to also cut a valet key, so that I could have a spare. After having my car towed to their lot, it sat there for a week. I had to call to check in on the process. They made the keys just for them to call and let me know that my engine was locked when they tried to start the car. Looking back, I STRONGLY believe they knew it was locked before making the keys because it took a couple staff members to get my car off of the tow truck. They were under the hood trying to release something, but with me not being knowledgeable about cars, I didn’t find it alarming at the time. Sean didn’t offer to discount the bill, which would have been courteous since they had just made brand new keys to a dead car. I tried asking what could’ve been the cause, and I repeatedly got a nonchalant, “I don’t know.” Also tried asking for price to replace the engine and I got a flat $10,000 quote. This was given without even fully looking at or taking a diagnostic of the vehicle. After asking a series of questions, I finally gave up and just payed the bill. I found it baffling that my Volvo was at a Volvo servicing location, and I couldn’t receive helpful answers. As I was leaving, several of the staff members were huddled outside and seemed to be discussing what had just occurred, which gave me distasteful feeling. As I mentioned earlier, I think they knew the engine was locked before making those keys— they just took advantage of the situation to get paid.

This is actually for the Mazda. The Mazda is sharing space with the volvo dealer right now as their building is being built. Wyn was very friendly and professional. He didn't pressure us into anything. He made the buying experience easy. I would highly recommend Wyn and norcross mazda for all your car buying needs.

I purchased a used 2020 Dodge Ram with 17,000 miles from this dealership. I noticed a wobble in the front end. After having the front tires balanced, twice, I was told the right front rim was bent. I know I haven't hit anything in the truck since I purchased it ( 2 weeks ). I contacted Mr. Washington ( Sales Mgr. ) about this. He said he had a guy that could straighten the rim. Not crazy about this, I agreed. I never heard anything ( 2 WEEKS ). I then sent an email to Mr. Washington and Mr. Norcross ( owner ), Asking to have the rim replaced. That was two (2) weeks ago. Still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AFTER THE SALE. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR MONEY!!!!

Three weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment to have a tire replaced. I was told that the tire had to be ordered and given an appointment date and time. In those 3 weeks, I called multiple time to verify the service (I was told by the scheduling lady that she couldn’t see what service my vehicle was scheduled for) and to speak with the manager Linda about a previous less than satisfactory customer service experience regarding the same tire. Linda, to this day, has not returned a call.Today, my mother took my vehicle in to be serviced for my 9:30 appointment. At 11:30, she calls me to tell me that after over 2 hours of waiting (she arrived at Volvo/Mazda around 9:00), she was told that the tire was never ordered. I immediately called Volvo/Mazda and asked to speak with Linda. I left several messages on her voicemail and with the front desk, and left a voicemail with Alex (not sure of his title).Needless to say, I have never purchased a vehicle with Volvo and after this experience I definitely wouldn’t and I wouldn’t recommend them.My tire has been leaking air for 3 weeks. While waiting for this day, I made travel plans which require me to have a car. I have waited for this day and now have to completely change my holiday plans because of someone’s inability to make sure that they have what they need prior to having a customer come in for a scheduled appointment.I’m sure this review won’t phase Volvo as they will continue to sell cars; however, I won’t be patronizing Volvo/Mazda in the future. I’ve been purchasing Mazda’s for 10 years and can honestly say that the experiences that I’ve had have been great.

THANK YOU ALEX!!!Please also tell your team thank you for the amazing service, for being so friendly and for working quickly so that I can be on my wa!!!I am passing through TN on my west-to-east coast drive and it's the first time I have ever interacted with the local community. My car service lights turned on while I was driving along the 40E and I panicked, knowing that I have 13 more hours of driving to go, I needed to find the closest Mazda dealership near me. In my search, I was routed to Volvo of Memphis who were able to help me check my car. Alex picked up the phone and has been helping me through the car safety process all the way. He was honest and clear with what I needed to have done to ensure a safe drive for the rest of my journey.Thank you Tennessee for the most welcoming hospitality. Thank you ALEX for going above and beyond!!! I'm sure I'm not the first to thank you for your kindess and for taking such good care of my car. I don't know if we will ever crossed paths, but I am ever so grateful that we did. Tennessee will have a special place in my heart because of you :)-c
