I was really happy with the purchase at the tile shop. The employees were very helpful. The manage Joe went above and beyond to help us with our project. Definitely recommend this shop for the customer service. We received two boxes where the tiles were damaged but was able to get two new ones the following week.

I was so set on this beautiful tile. It arrived broken in pieces. Due to it being a limited supply, it had to be shipped from multiple warehouses. Joe got right on it making sure I received every single piece and extra in good, usable shape. We were able to complete our add-on bathroom and I could not be more happy! Joe answered every email and phone call I had. Thank you so much for working hard for us to complete our bathroom! It is gorgeous!! Will definitely be a customer again!!

Tommy Stele was outstanding and helped me with design choices and made suggestions. I ended up buying a discontinued tile. He carefully wrapped all the pieces so that nothing will break while I transport it. My interior designer had recommended that I come here. That was great advice. There are so many beautiful choices. I will definitely be back for my next project.

Amazing selections. They even supplied me with a list of contractors when asked about installation of tiles.. I have an older house and had tried several places for terra cotta tiles. They had them finally. Customer service was amazing knowledge of inventory was excellent. They will be my go to for any porch, backsplash, or flooring needs

My wife picked out tile that was damaged during shipping to the store. Since we were scheduled to fly out of the country, Joe, the manager, personally delivered the replacement tile to our home so installation could occur while we were gone. Now THAT'S Customer Service! We look forward to working with The Tile Shop on our next project!

Remodeling a master bathroom and had to pick out tile. A daunting task for someone who isn’t a designer. Rashawn W. was so helpful and was able to help us put together a stunning bathroom! She takes the time to listen to you and get an understanding of what you are going for. Our contractor was a bit overzealous when it came to quantities and we ended up with quite a bit extra tile. The Store Manager Joe L. was very nice when it came to returns and was able to make all necessary adjustments to the invoice. All in all I would say I definitely recommend The Tile Shop based on a great selection and superior customer service.

When my wife and I walked into the store we knew we had found the right place, and when we were assisted by Joe Laspina we knew we had found the right person to help us. We had a general idea of what we wanted for our kitchen remodel, but with his help we left the store confident that we had purchased the perfect products for the job. There was never even the slightest suggestion that what was most expensive was necessarily the best. In fact the backsplash we ended up buying was actually on clearance. There is no way that you can go wrong with a store with this kind of products and this exceptional customer service.
